Deadline

      • the mortgage process must be complete a minimum of 10 business days prior to your closing date
      • all documents must be received and approved by the lender a minimum of 10 business days prior to your closing date
      • past this date, closing on time will be a best efforts only basis and is not guaranteed
      • the lender and/or mortgage agent is not responsible for any costs a client may incur if a client fails to provide the required documents and any additional document requests in time. Also, if a client requests to make changes to their mortgage or a change in lenders within this deadline. For example, a client provides their down payment verification, would like to change mortgage products or change lenders within 10 business days of their closing date
