      • The mortgage process must be 100% complete a minimum of 10 business days (2 weeks) prior to your closing date
      • To be 100% all your documents must be received and approved by the lender
      • This also includes any request(s) to make changes to your mortgage or a change of lenders within this deadline
        • For example, you provide your down payment verification or would like to change mortgage products within 10 business days of your closing date
      • Past this date, closing on time cannot be guaranteed and an extension will be required to your closing date
      • You may be faced with extra costs or legal action against you by the seller as a result of not closing on time
      • These costs are the your responsibility
      • A best practice is to provide all the required documents no later then one month before your closing date to allow two weeks to assure everything is completed by the deadline and to allow time in case challenges arise with the documents you provide
