1) Notice of Assessment for the last two years
2) T1 Generals (all pages including schedules) for the last two years
3) Lenders may also request one or more of the following:
- two years of business financials
- business license
- GST return
- Articles of Incorporation
DOES IT PASS THE TEST OR WILL IT BE REJECTED?
Does my Notice of Assessment say Notice of Assessment at the top of it?
Does my Notice of Assessment have my name on it?
Does my T1 General say T1 General at the top of it?
Is my T1 General a minimum of 12 pages long?
If you answered YES to all of the above, please send the document
If you answered NO to any of the above, the document will not be accepted by the lender
