Andrew has been great throughout my whole mortgage process. He has made my first time buying experience so easy and smooth. He is extremely reliable and would return my calls promptly around the clock! As a first time home buyer he patiently walked me through my options, gave me good analogies, never pressured me or made me feel silly for not knowing things. He got me a good rate and offered these really helpful videos explaining things that would be challenging to do over the phone (e.g. walking through the mortgage documents and explaining what everything means). Dawn at Andrew's office was also great and very helpful. She was very communicative and never left me to wonder what the next steps were. For example, on Fridays near end of business she would reach out to let me know there wasn't news so I wouldn't wonder all weekend. She also prepared helpful videos too showing me where to find things in my banking portal or what elements were missing from documents. The process was straightforward and I'm very happy with the service I received, I'll be back when my mortgage is up (or one year in advance as Andrew recommended to start looking for a great rate early).

Andrew and Dawn were SUPER helpful from the collecting documents stage right until the end. They respond super quickly (which was great as I was anxious the whole time), and they always answer every question you have. They even provide screen recordings of them going through documents with their commentary so that the whole process becomes super easy. 11/10 would recommend, I am super happy with my decision and will be going back to them for all future mortgage needs!
